Our Aero Cargo 42 (AC 42) is a zero-emission, electric VTOL aircraft custom-designed and built for uncompromised mid-mile express logistics. By optimizing the aircraft specifically for high-density, premium cargo rather than bulk commodities, Aviron delivers a step-change increase in nominal battery range efficiency without relying on unbuilt ground infrastructure. By focusing strictly on freight rather than passenger transport, Aviron circumvents legacy regulatory bottlenecks to scale an infrastructure-independent logistics network.  For the past two decades, the dream of electric aviation has been grounded by a single, stubborn reality: the weight-to-energy ratio of current battery systems. Despite over $15.8 billion in collective sector funding, electric flight has largely been limited to short, low-payload hops.
